Its purpose is to tackle low completion rates among doctoral candidates, particularly those from underrepresented groups, self-funded, or not working in education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin\u00e9ad Hewson completed her PhD in 2021 at TU Dublin, Ireland, researching decision-making when communication is at the heart of an organisation\u2019s strategy development. Her background is in health, business and communication, specialising in co-opetition, group dynamics and gender equity.\u00a0\u00a0Based in the Netherlands, Hewson held several board positions, including the European Institute of Women\u2019s Health, Public Relations Institute of Ireland,\u00a0\u00a0Women\u2019s Business Initiative International and online mental health charity turn2me.
